6 Fwd/Bkwd Broad Jumps

I love this short
workout because it really tests your conditioning.
You start out standing (bastardos) then go to the ground
(double crunches), then work at midlevel (jumps).
This is not for beginners and should be modified for them.
Why do I make videos? Because my goal is to experience
both sides of the workout at once.
