Use two small rubber bouncy balls and two deep small baskets.
(In Cambodia they use wicker baskets)
Split the group into two teams and choose one person from each
team as the basket holder, who will stand in the area marked
as their end zone. Each team starts with a ball and the goal
is to get it into their basket on the other side of the court.
The basket holder’s job is to coordinate with the team in order
to run back and forth in their end zone, trying to catch the
ball in the basket.
The game is played similar to basketball, where the ball must
always be bounced, passed and can be stolen by the opponent,
but since there are two balls at once, players must constantly
be on the offensive and defensive. At one time, one team can
have both balls in their possession, trying to throw or “dunk”
them both into the basket. The basket holder can not leave the
end zone at any time, but only adjust the basket in order to
try to catch any shots that may be off. The game ends
when one team reaches the set number of goals.
