Equipment Needed: 4 light weight foam balls, 5 agility rings, 4 cones
Instructions: 4 equal teams. Each team picks a “thrower”. The throwers from each team move out onto the playing field. The other team members form a single line side by side.
There is one “runner” at a time for each team. On the bootcamp instructors “Go”, the runner throws the ball out onto the playing field and then runs like hell out to the cone and back to the starting line.
The throwers are spread out anywhere on the field but can only throw the ball standing inside the agility ring. The throwers try to hit anybody BUT their own teammate
while the runners are trying to score a point.
The throwers retrieve any ball they see but MUST throw only from the agility rings. One point is scored for each run achieved. Rotate the throwers after every 3 runners. Play for 3-5 minutes.
The team with the most points wins.
