Sometimes it’s tough to create a schedule for your bootcamp. It is important, though, to keep your bootcamp members interested. One month maybe you’re focusing on strength, another month you’re focusing on boxing, another month it’s body weight exercises. And sometimes it’s fun prepare for a mud run or warrior dash event.
