New Year, New Fitness Workout Ideas
Hope you had a fun filled family Holiday season. Hope you got to “unplug” from the internet a little, put business on the back burner, eat some high calorie meals and take a break from the regular routine. You certainly need to do this from time to time. It will help you to stay fresh and enthusiastic about your business and goals.
This is my first post of 2014 and I’ve got lots more to come. First and foremost, I have to tell you about a new Bootcamp Resource that is due out this weekend. I was lucky enough to receive a review copy of Leon Melnicenko’s new book, “Epic Bootcamp Games Volume 2” last week. I had to wait until the kids got back to school today so I could sit down and review it.
Here’s my actual review notes which will sum it up:
Here at Fitness Workout Ideas, I have a high standard about what I choose to share with you. So when you see a product being advertised or talked about on these pages, it will be of high value, have a money back guarantee and it will help you grow your business.
Sometimes, you may pass on a new resource, other times you may snap it right up. It’s your choice. My job is simply to show you what’s available and to give you some feedback from one bootcamp owner to another. Fair enough? Cool. Leon’s eBook will be available this weekend and I’ll let you know how you can get it for 60 % off the regular price.
OTHER NEWS FROM FITNESS WORKOUT IDEAS
I’m going to be expanding this website this year. I’ll be changing the look in order to make your user experience more fulfilling and enjoyable. I’ll be expanding my topics but will always be staying true to fitness without all of the fluff and filler. No trends of the month or BS like that. More workout videos coming your way that you can use for ideas in your own group training. More resources like finding free or inexpensive bootcamp equipment on Craigslist, easier ways to build your bootcamp website and how to get highly listed on Google what with all of the recent animal updates.
Fitness is my passion. I’m here to stay. I’m here to teach and I’m here to learn. I’d love to know what you’re interested in doing this year. Are you out of ideas? Or are you supercharged and ready to rock? Are you bored with bootcamp training and looking for new ways to train, using new types of equipment? Are you stumped about a bootcamp business aspect?
Always love to hear what’s going on with you.
