Here’s a great quick workout that you can try out with your bootcampers or personal training clients.
It’s called “Coach Mo’s Pyramid Challenge”. I love workouts like this, they’re simple, don’t require any equipment and you can knock them out anywhere.
Sometimes the simple workouts evade us because we’re too busy trying to get too fancy. I know I’m guilty of this.
I’m getting ready to do this workout, hope to film it and will post my time down below. I’m going to warm up first, of course and am going to focus on using great form – I’m not looking to go for speed just for the sake of speed. That’ll get me injured quick.
