Every once in a while, it’s a good idea to freshen up your website. If you’re looking for an easy alternative to WordPress, then you might check out Wix. For only $8.25 a month, which includes hosting, you can use Wix and choose from hundreds of different themes. If you offer personal training or a group classes here are a couple of nice looking fitness themes to choose from (there are others, too).
Wix is a basic drop and drag process. You don’t need to know coding, scripting, html, etc. It’s nearly an automatic website builder which leaves you more time to do the things you really need to be doing like taking care of your clients.
If you’re just looking for a static business card type of site, you can’t go wrong with Wix. There are upgrade options if you want to add a secure shopping cart, etc. I’m actually playing around with the idea of updating my personal training website to one of the Wix templates just because I don’t do much blogging or updating on my bootcamp fitness/personal training website. And for a little over $8.00 a month, it’s hard to beat for such great looking templates.
Here’s a youtube video showing you how easy it is to work with Wix.
So since we’re near the end of the year, it may be time to freshen up certain aspects of your fitness business. And if you haven’t had time to look into the various options out there, I hope you find this post useful.
P.S. I’m working on updating this website theme, “Fitness Workout Ideas”, to a more robust, magazine type of theme. If you see that the site is down, it’s probably because I’m doing some updating.
